Brand Manager

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

1) To plan, direct, develop, and manage the sales and marketing of the BRAND. 
2) To realize the sales and profit projections of the BRAND and the Company.
3) To enhance the status and position of the BRAND on the market.
4) To prepare and implement approved sales and marketing plans and budgets to maximize sales and profitability of the brand. 
5) To follow with the Sales and Marketing departments the sales targets and brand objectives achievements. 
6) To study, note, and report to Management and supplier any existing market conditions which may necessitate a change in existing objectives and policies. 
7) To monitor and advise concerned departments, and supplier, on stock situations and requirements to ensure no stock ruptures occur, and to advise on actions required to move slow - moving stocks. 
8) To prepare and implement regular program of sales staff training and coaching on the products. 
9) To monitor progress and performance, and appraise the overall development of the brand on the market. 
10) To prepare and implement sales incentive programs both for retailer's and for the Company's sales staff.

Skills

- Minimum 5 Years Experience
- Excellent English, communication skills, computer skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of English Language
